The Wasp Injection Knife Valve Maintenance Kit includes 3 O-Rings, a tube of Wasp Silicone Grease, a return spring and a snap ring. Use snap ring pliers to remove the old snap ring after removing the button with an 5/64" Allen wrench and a 4 mm open end wrench on the base of the valve.  Remove the old O-Rings using a small push pin to get under the O-Ring. Grease the O-Rings with the provided Wasp Silicone Grease, and install them from the bottom first, stretching the O-Ring into the first groove.  Then proceed to the middle and top O-Rings in the same manner.  Grease the end of the spring and install in the bottom of the valve. Grease the bore of the valve cavity with a Q-Tip.  Install the valve making sure the spring stays seated.  It helps to install it with the knife upside down.  Twist the valve as you push in and you will feel it pass by the snap ring groove, till it is all the way to the bottom. Push the valve up and down and make sure the spring is pushing it back out easily.  Install the snap ring using snap ring pliers. It is best to push the snap ring past the groove, then install the button temporarily, and pull up on the valve until the ring "Snaps into Place".  Then Tighten the button using the open end wrench and the Allen Wrench.  Install a CO2 in the knife and test for correct operation.
